Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
- Final sale or promotional items
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us at contact@nutrinovahub.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Include a photo and description of the issue.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
- NutriNovaHub is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
How to Start a Return
- Email us at contact@nutrinovahub.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions
- Ship the item to the address provided in our response
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue quickly – whether it means sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
